Ensure Quality Education

Improve Public Health

Empower Marginalized Communities

Strengthen Legal Awareness

Promote Civic Participation

1. Promote Human Rights

We are committed to defending and promoting the fundamental human rights of every individual, irrespective of their caste, religion, gender, or socio-economic background. By raising awareness, offering legal support, and engaging with authorities, we aim to create a society where every person can live with dignity, freedom, and justice.

2. Ensure Quality Education

Our goal is to make quality education accessible to underprivileged children and adults. We support free learning programs, school enrollment drives, and educational awareness initiatives that bridge the gap between marginalized communities and formal education systems. Education is the foundation for empowerment and progress.

3. Improve Public Health

We strive to enhance the overall well-being of society through medical camps, health awareness drives, free medicine distribution, and collaboration with healthcare institutions. Our focus is on preventive care, maternal and child health, hygiene education, and access to primary healthcare for all.

4. Empower Marginalized Communities

Through skill development programs, employment support, and social welfare initiatives, we aim to uplift vulnerable sections of society—especially women, youth, and the elderly. Our objective is to give them the tools and opportunities to become self-reliant, confident, and active contributors to the nation.

5. Strengthen Legal Awareness

Legal illiteracy often leads to exploitation and injustice. We aim to educate people about their constitutional rights, available legal remedies, and government welfare schemes. We conduct awareness camps, legal aid sessions, and advocacy campaigns to ensure no one is left helpless in the face of injustice.

6. Promote Civic Participation

We believe in the power of collective action. Our goal is to encourage responsible citizenship through volunteerism, participation in democratic processes, and engagement in social change activities. By fostering a sense of duty towards the nation, we aim to build a more accountable and participative society.

7. Advocacy for social justice

We actively engage in promoting and defending the rights of marginalized communities through strategic advocacy efforts. Our team collaborates with various stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, and community leaders, to address systemic injustices and push for meaningful change. By amplifying the voices of those who are often unheard, we aim to create a fairer society where equity and justice are not just ideals but realities. Join us in our fight for social justice and equality.

Running Project

Ganpat Patil Nagar, a slum settlement in Dahisar, Mumbai, is currently facing a humanitarian crisis due to repeated demolition drives carried out in the name of forest protection. While preserving nature is vital, the rights and dignity of thousands of families living in this area cannot be ignored. Most residents are daily wage workers, laborers, and migrants who have no alternative shelter or support system.

In late 2023, 123 houses were demolished, rendering many families homeless overnight. The affected people are struggling to access food, water, healthcare, and education. The situation is further aggravated by debris dumping, illegal commercial encroachments, and poor coordination between authorities.

Our Mission

Under the leadership of President Advocate Vijay Shanker Yadav and General Secretary Dr Mohd Irfan Abbasi, our Trust has initiated a people-first mission to:
✅ Advocate for humane and lawful rehabilitation of affected families
✅ Demand fair investigation into illegal encroachment and corruption
✅ Protect the rights of displaced residents through legal and administrative support
✅ Raise awareness against selective demolitions that ignore powerful encroachers
✅ Promote a balanced approach that protects both environment and human life

Our Actions So Far

  • Conducted field visits and documented ground realities

  • Submitted petitions to local and state authorities

  • Mobilized volunteers for emergency aid (food, blankets, shelter kits)

  • Engaged legal experts to explore rehabilitation options

  • Started awareness campaigns to gather public support

What We Demand

  1. Immediate halt to unjust demolitions without proper rehabilitation

  2. Transparent survey and demarcation of land before demolition

  3. Rehabilitation plans for all displaced families

  4. Strict action against commercial encroachments on forest land

  5. Government-led slum redevelopment plan with citizen participation

Call to Action

We urge citizens, NGOs, human rights defenders, and media to stand in solidarity with Ganpat Patil Nagar.
Let us raise our voices for justice, dignity, and sustainable urban planning.

Together, we can save lives without destroying livelihoods.
Join us in the movement.
